How you and your clients work together has an impact on how much you can achieve through the PR programme. When relationships are optimum, everything feels effortless. Inevitably, even experienced account handlers with a track record of success will find some relationships more challenging than others. After the course you'll know how to approach each of your client relationships in a straightforward way so that co-operation becomes the norm.
