Mindfulness has been practised for hundreds, if not thousands, of years across many cultures as a way to focus attention on the here and now, helping you work creatively without distraction.

In the PR and communications sectors, we are increasingly 'on'. Life is getting busier and busier, and information is bombarding us at a phenomenal rate; it's no wonder, at times, our mind spins and we can feel overwhelmed.

With this intensive webinar, optionally available as a half-day course in person, we'll show you how mindfulness can declutter your mind so you can focus clearly, helping you to plan more effectively, increase your self-esteem, communication and problem-solving skills.
