Training Overview

A series of three one-to-one intensive sessions at regular intervals to give personalised training. Leaders explore strengths and develop their talents, with the added bonus of creating momentum through the goals they set themselves and working with an objective sounding board to discuss issues and opportunities as they develop.

The sessions provide a way for leaders to assess where their current leadership skills lie and work with an experienced leadership trainer and coach to embed new skills and ways of working that translate into huge gains for their teams back at the office.

We cover key mistakes that managers make when moving into leadership, address fundamental and nuanced behaviours that are necessary for success and equip people to make a positive impact as a leader.

Any account director, associate director or agency director who wants to raise their game, become better equipped to solve complex issues and is ready to develop into the kind of leader their agency needs, both now and in the future.
