This intensive workshop is intended to deliver results to PR consultants who want to upgrade their current management skills and achieve more during the working day.

What will I get out of it?
This workshop will allow PR consultants to review their current management traits and evaluate their effectiveness. The group will tackle common problem areas and, through case studies and real-life example, learn new approaches for dealing with everyday management issues: delegation, conflict handling, difficult people, motivation and team processes. The workshop will explore how leaders are created, and use that knowledge to enhance existing effective personal styles, create new methods of working and remove barriers to success.
